Insect screens: the invisible welding system

With our new welding system – a European patent by Pronema – the point of contact between the mesh and frame is invisible. This means that we have been able to improve a detail that already distinguished our products as better than average.

What’s new about it? Much more than you can see – or not see.
It makes the screen look better, but not only. It also makes the mesh stronger.
Our insect screens used to be welded with a molecular overheating process. As a result, the stiffness of the fibre was altered near the frame.
